sachavonkarl74 Absolutely obsessed with Lunar Spells' "Demise of Heaven" I decided to check out this self-released debut full-length. I really enjoy the traditional black metal that this Greek band is making. Simply of the kind that gets totally stuck in my head, the catchy melodies are just great. Here the production was not as crisp and crystal clear as in *Demise", but nevertheless already showcasing Lunar Spells' misanthropic hate in all its darkness! Favorite track: The Wounds of Salvation.

Mattias Janebrink This album is amazing! Definitely one of the best releases this year.

The atmosphere of this album is fantastic. Makes you feel like you're knee-deep in the trenches drenched in mud, filth, sweat, and blood. Truly encapsulates the horrors of World War I, and the fact that the lyrics of some of the songs are taken from old war letters really adds to the authenticity.
